A. Personal Data Collection
1)General
The Reel Picture Ltd is committed to respecting your privacy rights. This Privacy statement explains how we collect, store and use your personal data. This document is set out under the guidance of GDPR May 25th 2018 guidelines.
2) Who we are
The Reel Picture Ltd. is a company registered in Ireland (244813), Trading at Time square, Ballincollig, Cork and Blackpool Retail Park, Blackpool, Cork, will act as Data Controller for the purpose of data protection legislation.
3) The Personal Data We Collect About You.
3.1 Loyalty Card Registration
The Loyalty Registration requires you to register a loyalty card you requested from the cinema for the purpose of collecting and redeeming points. During this registration the information requested will be:
• Name
• Postal Address
• Telephone Number
• Email
• Date of Birth
• Password
3.2 Bi-Weekly Newsletter Marketing Email
The Bi Weekly Marketing E-Mail, is an e-mail informing subscribers of upcoming cinema events, promotions and offers. When registering for this information Requested will be:
• Your e-mail Address
4) How we use the information
4.1 Loyalty Card Data
As from the 25th of May 2018, Loyalty card data will be only used for account management purposes only. There will be no direct marketing communication using your loyalty card personal information .
4.2 Bi-Weekly Newsletter Marketing Email
The e-mail address provided will only be used to contact you regarding upcoming cinema events, promotions and offers.
5) Direct marketing and Contact.
5.1 Direct Marketing and Promotion
Direct marketing and promotion will only apply to customers who have consented by opting in to the Bi Weekly Newsletter Marketing Email.
5.2 Loyalty Card account contact
Should we need to contact you regarding your loyalty card account we will use the data registered against your card. Such contact may include and not limited to:
• Account Maintenance
• Account Activity/Inactivity
• Lost/Found Card
• Issuing of a replacement card
6) Third Party Policy
We do not share any Personal data with third parties.
B. Website, Non Personal Data and Mobile App
1) Website
1.1 Booking Tickets
When booking tickets you are asked to provide an Name, Postal Address, email address and phone number. This is for reference only and will be used to communicate with you your event details. The email will contain a receipt of your transaction along with a booking reference QR Code to allow you to collect your tickets. Your phone number is only used should an event be cancelled or moved and you need to be informed directly. If you do not wish to enter these details the booking cannot be made.
1.2 Credit Card Processing
Credit card authorisation is performed by Realex payment services. We do not keep your card details stored.
2) Non-Personal Data
2.1 General
Like most websites, we gather statistical and other analytical information collected on an aggregate basis of all visitors to our website. This Non-Personal Data comprises information that cannot be used to identify or contact you, such as demographic information regarding, for example, user IP addresses where they have been clipped or anonymised, browser types and other anonymous statistical data involving the use of our website.
2.2 Purposes for which we hold your Information Non-Personal Data:
We use the Non-Personal Data gathered from visitors to our website in an aggregate form to get a better understanding of where our visitors come from and to help us better design and organise our website.
3) Mobile App
This policy is only valid if you obtained and installed the app via an official distribution channel. These are the Google Play Store for Android, the Apple App Store for iOS, the Microsoft Store for Windows Phone, and the Amazon App Store for Fire. If you installed the app for anywhere else, then it is not genuine. Please remove and install from an official vendor.
The app includes Google analytics which is turned on by default. This is simply used for statistical reasons to help improve our app, and understand what our users are interacting with. No identifying information about the user is sent to us, and is all controlled using the Google Analytics frameworks.
There is an easy to find option within the app which will Opt you out of the Analytics system, this option persists as long as the app is installed. Reinstallation will reset this. However can be opted out again.
Some limited personal data can be stored by the app at the choice of the user, such as email address and phone number. These can be cleared at ease from the settings screen. The app in no way stores, or persists sensitive information, such as card details. None of these details are sent to any other app, or system within the device itself, and cannot be access externally from any other app.
The app can request your GPS location when using the map feature to find directions to the cinema/site. This is controlled by the operating system and not our actual app. This data is not stored in anyway.
C. CCTV
1. General Information
CCTV is in use at both Reel Picture Sites located at Blackpool Retail Park, Blackpool, Cork and Time Square, Ballincollig, Cork. CCTV records continually for 24 hours.
2. Use of CCTV
CCTV is used for and in place for numerous reasons including and not limited to
•Protection of staff and customers
•Help in aiding legal matters
•The protection of the building
•Monitoring of antisocial behaviour
3. CCTV Data and storage
CCTV is stored in a secure location and is only accessible to Managers. CCTV is automatically deleted after 28 days.
D. Your Rights
1. General
You have the right to review and update your Personal Data at any time. You have the right at any time to access, rectify, modify or delete any information held about you.
2. Loyalty Card adjusting personal data
You may alter your personal data registered against your loyalty card by logging into your account on our website and adjusting data there.
3. Loyalty Card Right to be erased.
You may have your account deleted at any time. Simply contact the cinema via email address below and put a request in writing. The deletion of a loyalty should take no more than 5 business days. Should you request that your account be deleted please note any points earned will be deleted also.

4. Bi Weekly Newsletter Right to be erased
You may unsubscribed from the Bi weekly Newsletter by going to the newsletter section of our website and clicking the unsubscribe link. This process should happen automatically with immediate effect. Should this not happen for unknown reasons please contact your chosen site on the email links below. The investigation in to your request should take no longer than 5 working days.

5. CCTV Data
Under GDPR you are entitled to a copy of CCTV footage assuming the guidelines set out by the GDPR legislation is met. Should these guidelines not be met the request maybe declined. A request may be put in writing to a cinema site using the emails below. Requests are dealt with on a case by case basis. Should a request involve a cost to the data controller in form of labour hours and other costs, The Reel Picture has the right to claim these a costs back. These costs will be calculated and you will be informed before the data is provided. A request for CCTV footage will be acted on within 21 business days of receipt of that request.

Reasons to decline requests include and not limited to:
• Data controller not satisfied by viewing the footage, that they person requesting the footage is not 100% identifiable in the requested footage
• The footage involves an insurance claim.
• The footage involves a third party.
• The footage is involved in a criminal complaint.
